The Towers, on West 130th Street and St. Nicholas Terrace on the South Campus, opened its door in August 2006. Currently, The Towers provides accommodations for 589 residents.

The Brandon Residence for Women offers affordable housing in one of New York City’s best neighborhoods. This is an alternative to long term apartments for women who need a temporary place to stay or are attending school.

NYSUM’s 70,000 square foot brick building is located in the geographical center of New York City; in Queens. The New York School of Urban Ministry (NYSUM) is a short-term teaching and training center for Christians with a heart for urban ministry. NYSUM also offers short-term and long-term housing throughout the year at affordable prices.
